Robert Godin is in the business of staying ahead of the curve. From running a small Montreal guitar shop to today owning a thriving Canadian manufacturing company, his focus is on expanding, improving and innovating. This led his business, Godin Guitars, to collaborate with the CFI-funded Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Music Media and Technology (CIRMMT) at McGill University to develop new technology that can analyze the style and sound of different guitar models. Now, not only does the company make each part of their instruments in-house, but they can also help consumers find exactly what they are looking for in a finished product.
