Ingrid Pickering to serve a second term as CFI Board Chair

OTTAWA, ONTARIO — The Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Ingrid J. Pickering as CFI Board of Directors’ Chair for a second, three-year term.

Pickering was the first woman appointed to the position in 2018 and is a professor in the Department of Geological Sciences at the University of Saskatchewan and Canada Research Chair in Molecular Environmental Science. She has served on the CFI Board of Directors since 2013.
