Isabelle Henrie
Vice President of Finance and Corporate Services
As Vice President of Finance and Corporate Services, Isabelle Henrie is responsible for the CFI’s accounting system and the accuracy of its financial statements. She ensures that transactions receive appropriate authorizations, assets are safeguarded, and proper accounting records are maintained. She also ensures that awards to eligible institutions are monitored. In addition to finance, her portfolio includes managing human resources, information systems and technology, and administrative services.
She joined the CFI in December 2002 and became VP in June 2019. Earlier in her career, she worked at the accounting firm Ernst & Young. During that time, she received her Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation and gained experience performing financial audits.
She holds an honours BSc in geology from the University of Ottawa and both a bachelor’s degree and a specialized graduate diploma in accounting from the Université du Québec en Outaouais.
She maintains a professional membership with the Ordre des CPA du Québec.
